Inca’cao Bean to Bar Chocolates
Our Chef Vincent Bulteel selected 7 fine origin beans as a starting point and created 5 categories of tablets:
- 7 pure origin chocolates (100% cocoa)
- 7 dark origin chocolates (70% cocoa)
- 7 milk origin chocolates (50% cocoa)
- 7 gianduja nut chocolates
- 12 “marriages” between vanilla origins and chocolate
They are wrapped in a luxury case, which includes the passport of the beans, tasting palate and an inspirational quote, to complete the experience.
They are enriched with a multi collagen and pure octane coconut oil.

This was the basic idea when creating these four exquisite luxury products, low in sugars and with an amazing taste.
Enriched with ghee, multi collagen, octane coconut oil, macadamia oil and other healthy fats.

Inca’cao’s chef Vincent created seven special nutbutters, with added MCT, multi collagen and a unique ‘Crémeux’ texture due to the added cocoa butter.
Roasted to perfection these innovative nutbutters are truly marvels, one by one.
